A website studio for freelancers and small businesses, with a simple idea behind it: nobody should pay for a website without having seen it finished.
The approach
Almost nobody buys a website knowing what they are going to get. You accept a quote, you pay up front and you wait weeks to see anything. And what arrives does not always look like what you had in mind.
Díaz Oliva reverses that order. The whole site is built before there is any charge, and it is built by the person who knows the business best: its owner. What the studio brings is everything else, which is the part that is genuinely hard to get right: that the contrast is readable, that it loads fast, that search engines understand it and that the legal texts are where they have to be.
The price is visible before you pay and it is a closed fee for the kind of site you have built. Building it and changing it costs nothing: what you pay for is having it published.

Who is behind it
I am Marcos and I run every project that comes into the studio personally. I work alone, so whoever replies to an email is the person who built the site and knows every decision taken in it.
I set up Díaz Oliva because I kept seeing small businesses paying high sums for websites they did not understand and could not touch. I prefer to explain things in terms that make sense, and to say no when I am not the right option.
Working principles
Clarity over jargon
Explanations are given in terms that can be understood. Technical complexity is the provider's responsibility, not the client's.
Honesty about scope
When a commission does not fit the service, or is not in the client's interest, this is said before it is accepted.
Contractual transparency
Prices and terms are published, and the whole site can be built and viewed before there is anything to pay.
